大学生精神成长的现实难题及对策分析

摘　　要：以社会主义核心价值体系引领大学生的精神成长面临一些现实难题。所以,高校在建设校园文化、改革高校管理评价体制、倡导教师教书育人、推动家庭对大学生精神成长的关怀、发挥网络舆论引领作用等方面,要强化社会主义核心价值体系对大学生精神成长的引领作用,把社会主义核心价值体系作为大学生的自觉追求,促进大学生精神成长和综合素质的全面提升。The mental state is the external manifestation of spiritual growth. Spiritual growth mainly includes the noble pursuit of value, the deep human resources, outstanding personality, positive mental state, etc. There are some difficulties in leading the college students＇spiritual growth with Socialist core value system. Therefore, colle- ges and universities should enhance the inspiring and leading conscious pursuit of university students, thus promoting the growth and integrated quality in the construction of culture of of teaching evaluation, and developing the guiding function of role of socialistic core value system, making it the overall improvement of college students ＂spiritual campus culture, reforming the management system public opinions.
