正常人利声显心肌声学造影显像效果观察

摘　　要：目的　静脉注射利声显心肌声学造影 ,比较不同超声切面心肌造影效果 ,探讨心肌灌注超声显像的最佳切面。方法　采用谐波—能量多普勒和间歇性显像方法 ,分别采集 1 5例正常人心尖四腔心、三腔心、二腔心和胸骨旁四腔心切面的超声图像 ,观察心肌显像的效果。结果　在标准的心尖四腔、三腔和二腔心切面上左室后间隔、后壁和下壁显影良好 ,而侧壁、前间壁、前壁和心尖部出现假性充盈减弱或充盈缺损现象 ;胸骨旁四腔心切面基本可以弥补心尖四腔心切面左室侧壁的显影不佳。结论　声学造影时 ,灌注正常的心肌节段通常存在着显影不佳的情况 。Objective To establish the methods for evaluating myocardial perfusion by intermittent myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) by intravenous injection of Levovist,and to obtain the optimal echocardiographic views of MCE studies.Methods Echocardiographic images of apical four chamber views,three chamber views,two chamber views and parasternal four chamber views in 15 healthy subjects were studied by using intermittent Harmonic Angio imaging.Results The left ventricular posteroseptum,posterior wall and inferior wall at apical four chamber views,three chamber views and tow chambe views were well opacified,but no opacification or decreased opacification usually could be seen in lateral wall,anteroseptum,anterior wall and apex.The intensity of myocardial opacification was enhanced in the left ventricular lateral wall at the parastetnal four chamber view.Conclusion No opacification or decreased opacification could be seen in some normal perfusion segments on MCE and this limitation could be partly avoid using other views.
