封闭式负压吸引与造口袋在肠外瘘治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨封闭式负压吸引与造口袋在肠外瘘治疗中的疗效。方法2009年5月一2012年8月应用负压吸引与造口袋对6例肠外瘘患者进行治疗。结果6例中2例瘘口于50d完全闭合，4例瘘口周围皮肤糜烂溃疡3～7d愈合，瘘口好转时经2期缝合后于85d完全闭合。结论封闭式负压吸引与造口袋联合应用对肠瘘瘘口及周围皮肤起到了有效的保护作用，促进瘘口愈合，其操作简便易行，还减轻了医务人员的工作量，降低了医疗费用。Objective To study the treatment of Enterocutaneous fistula with vacuum sealing drainage and ostomy bag.Methods Using the vacuum sealing drainage and ostomy bag to treat six cases of intestinal fistula patients from May 2009 to August 2012. Results Two of six cases were completely cured in 50 days;four cases wihich had incision infection were completely cured in 85 days. Conclusion Using the vacuum sealing drainage and ostomybag plays an effective role in protecting and promoting the healing of the fistula,it can be more operatibility and reduce the workload and meiical cost.
