蒙脱石散剂联合山莨菪碱灌肠佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蒙脱石散剂联合山莨菪碱灌肠佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法选取30例轮状病毒性肠炎婴幼儿作为对照组,予以常规静脉采用病毒唑注射液10 mg/(kg·d),43例患儿作为观察组,在常规治疗的基础上给予蒙脱石散剂联合山莨菪碱灌肠治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组显效30例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为88.3%(38/43);对照组显效16例,有效6例,无效8例,总有效率为73.3%(22/30),治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.82,P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散剂联合山莨菪碱灌肠佐治秋季腹泻效果显著。Objective SMECTITE powder combine Anisodamine enema George infant rotavirus viral enteritis curative effect.Methods Selection of infants and young children as a control group of 30 cases of rotavirus virus enteritis which routine vein with ribavirin injection that 10 mg/（kg.d）. 43 cases as observation group, on the basis of conventional treatment given SMECTITE powder combine Anisodamine enema treatment, to observe the curative effect of the two groups.Results Treatment group 30 cases had marked effect, 8 cases effectively, invalid in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 88.3% （38/43）; control group 16 cases were markedly effectivel 6 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.3% （22/30）, the curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （X2=5.82, P〈0.05）.Conclusion SMECTITE powder combine Anisodamine enema George mountain autumn diarrhea effect is remarkable.
