2011年浙江省瑞安市城乡居民碘缺乏病监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析城乡居民碘营养状况差异，评价城乡地区碘缺乏病防治效果，为可持续消除碘缺乏病策略的调整提供依据。方法随机抽取两个城区街道和两个乡镇作为监测点，对城乡居民碘盐、8～10岁儿童甲状腺肿大情况及尿碘水平进行监测。结果城区碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率分别为100％和93．06％，高于乡镇（p〈0.05）；8～10岁城区、乡镇儿童尿碘水平存在统计学差异（p〈0.05）；碘盐覆盖率及甲状腺肿大情况则不存在城乡差异。此外，除城区、乡镇碘盐覆盖率及乡镇合格碘盐食用率外，其余指标均达到碘缺乏病消除标准。结论加强盐业市场的规范化管理、加大对私盐及非碘盐的打击力度，同时建立多种渠道、多种形式的碘缺乏病宣传模式是减小城乡居民碘营养状况差异、可持续消除碘缺乏病的重要措施。Objective To analyze difference on iodine nutritional status of urban and rural residents and evaluate effect for preventing iodine deficiency disorders （IDD） in urban and rural areas, in order to provide a basis for adjusting strategies of sustainably eliminating IDD. Methods Two blocks in urban area and two rural towns were random sampled as monitoring sites. Iodized salt used by urban and rural residents, the status of goiter and urine iodine in 8 -10 years old urban and rural children were monitored. Results In urban areas, the qualified rate of iodized salt and the taking rate of qualified iodized salt respectively were 100% and 93.06%, both higher than that in rural areas（P〈0.05）. There were significant difference on urine iodine in urban and rural areas （P〈0.05）. But there were no difference on iodized salt coverage and status of goiter in urban and rural areas. In addition, all indexes had achieved the standard of IDD elimination except iodized salt coverage of urban and rural areas and the taking rate of qualified iodized salt of rural residents. Conclusion Enhancing standardized management of salt market and crackdown on private salt and non-iodized salt, and establishing IDD propagandistic models of various channels and diversified forms may be important methods of decreasing difference on iodine nutritional status of urban and rural residents and sustainably eliminating IDD.
