摘　　要：通过调查分析了老年人对门诊、住院医疗卫生服务的利用现状、选择就医单位的原因和社区医疗利用形式 ,提出了完善老年人医疗保障制度 ,构建“小病在社区”的医疗服务体系 ,开发和利用街道医疗卫生资源为社区老年人服务 ,老年门诊和家庭病床应成为老年社区卫生服务的主要形式的政策性建议。We investigated the situation of the elderly utilizing inpatient and outpatient medical service, the reasons that they selected medical organizations and forms of utilization of community health service. Based on the results we put forwards some ideas as following: perfecting medical insurance system for the elderly; constructing the medical service system of 'slight sickness in community'; exploiting and utilizing the sub-district level health resources. The outpatient and family bed for the elderly should be primary form in community health service for the elderly. Authors′address Hubei Medical University, Wuhan, Hubei Province, P.R.China.
