摘　　要：目的应用钢板内固定技术治疗后踝骨折患者的疗效分析。方法选取76例后踝骨折患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组38例。采用常规开放手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用钢板内固定技术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组后踝骨折病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;下床活动时间、住院治疗时间、骨折完全愈合时间明显短于对照组;围术期不良反应率明显低于对照组。结论钢板远端存在多个螺钉孔,可实施不同方向上骨质的良好复位内固定,并通过固定钢板近端,获得更加理想的骨折端固定效果。对于较大骨折块的患者,不仅能够通过钢板远端的螺钉孔实施拉力固定,而且可以利用钢板近端经骨皮质实施更加有效的加强固定,为踝关节功能的早期恢复和术后的恢复性锻炼提供一定的保证。Objective Plate internal fixation technique and curative effect analysis of ankle fractures in patients after treatment. Methods To select the clinical data of 76 patients with fracture of ankle after, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 38 cases in each group on average. Using conventional open surgery treatment in patients with the control group; USES the steel plate internal fixation treatment technology for the treatment group patients. Results The treatment group after ankle fracture disease treatment effect was better than the control group; Bed activity time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time was shorter than the control group obviously completely; Perioperative adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion There are multiple plate distal screw hole, can implement different direction good reduction and internal fixation of bone, and through the proximal fixation plate, obtained more ideal fracture fixation effect. For larger block fracture, not only can pull with a screw hole on the far side of steel plate is fixed, and can use the steel plate near end through the bone cortex to implement more effective strengthen fixed, for the early recovery of ankle joint function and postoperative rehabilitation exercise provide a guarantee.
