摘　　要：目的测定灵芝多糖中的单糖组成。方法采用微晶纤维素薄层板,展开剂系统为正丁醇:乙酸乙酯:吡啶:水(6:1:5:4)下二次展开,苯胺-邻苯二甲酸为显色剂。结果在该展开剂系统下,实现了各单糖组分的分离,灵芝多糖主要由葡萄糖、半乳糖组成。结论方法简单易行,重复性好,该方法能有效分析灵芝多糖中的单糖组成。Objective To determine monosaccharide compositions of Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide. Methods Lamella of microcrystalline cellulose was adopted. The spread solvent was made of n-butanol-ethyl acetate-pyridine-water（6：l：5：4） and it was spread twice. Color display was made by aniline- o-phthalic acid. Results In the spread solvent, every monosaccharides could be separated. The Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide was composed of glucose and galactose. Conclusion The method is simple and highly reproducible.The method can be effectively used to analysismonosaccharide compositions in Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide.
