摘  要:目的 建立血液透析用水中电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铝的方法.方法 500 ml样品中加入10ml 硝酸后直接进样,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS) 测定,详细的研究了ICP-MS测定铝的光谱干扰,基于元素的丰度建立干扰方程来消除光谱干扰.结果 铝在0~12.112 μg/L 的范围线性关系良好(r=0.99997),加样回收率为99.1%,RSD=2.1%(n=6),检出限为0.03 μg/L.结论 所建立的检测方法专属性强、简便、灵敏度高,可用于透析用水中铝的测定,有效控制血液透析用水中铝的含量.Objective To establish a method for the determination of metallic element aluminum content in Haemodialysis water . Methods Direct injection after Add 10 ml nitrate in 500 ml samples , inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry determination.The spectroscopic interferences with A1 in the ICP-MS determination were study in the detail. The spectroscopic interferences with A1 were corrected using mathematical corrrection equation based on abundance ratio. Results The linear concerntration range were 0-12.112μg/L(r=-0.99997). The average recovery rate were 99.1%, RSD=2.1%(n=6). The limit of detection was 0.03μg/L. Conclusion The method is special, simple, and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of aluminum content in Haemodialysis water,It can be used for determination of metallic element aluminum content in Haemodialysis water, Effective control of the blood dialysis water the content of aluminum, the water cbinalco.
