混合痔术后应用痛血康药液坐浴的镇痛效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究痛血康药液坐浴在混合痔手术后的镇痛效果。方法将70例接受混合痔手术的患者随机分成A、B两组(每组35例),A组术后应用痛血康与温水的混合液坐浴2次/d,B组术后应用温水坐浴2次/d,分别记录两组患者术后36、48、72 h的疼痛评分。结果 A组术后镇痛效果明显优于B组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛血康药液坐浴给混合痔手术患者带来更好的术后镇痛效果,可以显著提高患者术后满意率。Objective To discuss the clinical outcome of analgesia of Tongxuekang for postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods Seventy patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into group A（n=35） and group B（n=35）.Patients of group A had hip bath with mixture of TXK and warm water for two times a day, and those of group B had hip bath with warm water. Recorded everyone＇ s pain scores of 36 h, 60 h, 84 h after the operations individually. Results Group A had better analgesic effect than group B. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hip bath with mixture of TXK and warm water can provide better postoperative analgesic effect in patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery.
