摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对临床用药监护方法。方法对1例原发性甲状腺功能减退症使用左甲状腺替代治疗用药进行分析。结果老年甲状腺功能减退症患者使用激素替代治疗应从小剂量开始,缓慢增量。结论临床药师应重视药品说明书提供信息,关注特殊人群用药安全。Objective To discuss the method of the pharmaceutical care. Methods Analyzing on the application of Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism patient. Results The initial dose of L-thyroxine replacement in elderly hypothyroidism patient must be low and increased slowly. Conclusion The clinical pharmacists must pay attention to the information of pharmaceutical specification, care for the safety of special populations.
