综合干预对降低精神病患者危险行为因素的作用探析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预对降低精神病患者危险行为因素的作用。方法选择本院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的100例精神病患者,分析其危险行为因素,并采取综合干预措施。结果综合干预后患者的危险行为级别与综合干预前比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与综合干预前比较,综合干预后肇事肇祸危险事件发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预可显著降低不良事件发生率,提高患者的遵医依从性,维护社会稳定,具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention to reduce the risk benavlor 1actors oi mental disease patients. Methods 100 cases of mental disease patients in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 January was collected,the behavioral risk factors was analyzed,and comprehensive measures was taken. Results After the comprehensive intervention,the patients＇ dangerous behavior level was significantly decreased than before the the comprehensive intervention,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Compared before the comprehensive in- tervention,the incidence rate of intervention and accident risk events was significantly reduced,the difference was sta- tistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of ad- verse events,improve medical compliance,maintaining social stability,and it has a very positive meaning.
