摘　　要：目的探讨肾微穿刺造瘘灌注下经尿道输尿管镜双频双脉冲激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年5月～2012年10月本院应用肾微穿刺造瘘灌注下经尿道输尿管镜双频双脉冲激光碎石术治疗的25例输尿管上段嵌顿性结石患者的临床资料。结果术后3 d复查结石清除率为37.5%(9/24),所有患者均未见直径>4 mm结石残留,治疗成功率为96%(24/25)。结论肾微穿刺造瘘灌注下经尿道输尿管镜双频双脉冲激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石安全有效。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of the trans-urethral ureteroscope iithotripsy with perfusion through percutaneous nephrostomy tract and frequency-doubled-double pulse laser in the treatment of impacted upper ureteric calculi. Methods From May 2010 to October 2012, 25 cases with impacted upper ureteric calculi were treated with trans-urethral ureteroscope tithotripsy with perfusion through percutaneous nephrostomy tract,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The stone-free rate was 37.5%（9/24）in 3 days after operation, the success rate was 96%（24-25）.Conclusion Trans-urethral ureteroscope lithotripsy with perfusion through percutaneous nephrostomy tract is safe and effective in the treatment of impacted upper ureteric calculi.
