摘　　要：急腹症患者临床表现复杂、病情重、确诊困难,容易引起误诊和漏诊。笔者总结急腹症患者诊断和治疗技巧,目的是使患者在正确的时间、正确的地点得到正确的诊治,以提高救治成功率。The clinical manifestations of acute abdomen were complicated, the conditions ware severe and the diag- noses were difficult in some cases. The Acute abdomen can easily lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.This paper mainly explore the skills of diagnosis and treatment for the patients with acute abdomen. In order to raise achievement ratio of rescue by properly treatment the patients at the proper locality and at the proper time.
