摘　　要：目的通过检测ESCC患者活检组织中MMP-2和E-cadherin的表达，及其相关mRNA的表达水平，方法探讨MMP-2和E-cadherin基因及其蛋白在ESCC各阶段的生物学行为。结果显示，ESCC原发组织中MMP-2阳性率明显高于正常组织（P〈0．01。ESCC原发组织中E-cadherin阳性率明显低于正常粘膜组织（P〈0．01）。结论1MMP-2在ESCC中的表达较正常组织明显增高，且与癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关。2E-cadherin在ESCC中的表达较正常组织明显降低，且与癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective through the expression of MMP-2 and E-cadherin detection in biopsy tissue of patients with ESCC, the expression level and related mRNA, Method to study the biological behaviour of MMP-2 and E-cadherin gene and its protein in each stage of ESCC. The results showed that, the positive rate of MMP-2 in primary ESCC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissue （P 〈 0.01. The positive rate of E-cadherin ESCC primary tissue was lower than that in normal mucosa （P 〈 0.01）. Conclfision the expression of MMP-2 1 in ESCC compared to normal tissue were significantl3 inased. and with the tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis. The expression of 2 E-cadherin in ESCC than in normal tissue were decreased, and the tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis.
