摘　　要：目的提高产科疾病ICD编码的质量。方法浅谈影响产科编码质量存在的原因及对策。结果编码准确率提高。结论重视岗前培训、定期开展培训、加强病案编码员的再教育、加强沟通交流、加强病案质量的监控是提高产科疾病分类编码的保障。Objective to improve the quality of obstetric diseases ICD coding. Method on obstetric coding quality existence reason and countermeasure. Results the coding accuracy. Conclusion the importance of pre-job training, regular training, to strengthen the coding member education, strengthen communication and exchanges, strengthen medical record quality control is to improve the obstetric disease classification coding protection.
