摘　　要：目的对泸医附院读者群的抽样调查，以确定医院图书馆建设发展方向。方法通过发放问卷调查表，了解泸医附院读者群在图书馆信息资源和网络信息资源的利用中的信息反馈。结果以不记名的形式，发放调查表200份，涉及医院各个层次人员，回收调查表166份，有效率为83％。结论根据读者需求，优化馆藏，加强文献资源建设，加强信息化、网络化建设，是医院图书馆建设的发展方向。Objective To improve the development of library of attached hospital by sampling survey in reading group .Methods and Contents： To make the need of reading and adjust our work in both and net information by using questionnaire. Conclusion： An Improved library work consists in optimizing collection and enhancing documents including the net information in order to meet the demand of reading group.
