摘　　要：本文简要论述了内科胸腔镜术的适应证和禁忌证、操作技术以及在胸膜疾病和弥漫性肺病中的应用情况。In this article, the in- dications, contraindictions and the technical details of medical thoracoscopy are discussed . Its application in the diagnosis and management of pleural diseases and diffuse lung diseases is also reviewed.
