家蚕耐氟种质的创建

摘　　要：用自行设计的方法，将耐氟主效基因导入性状优良的实用品种，并纯合固定，创建了一批耐氟种质，其２～４龄耐氟２００ｐｐｍ以上，保持了原型品种的特性，并在某些方面有所提高。With a new procedure designed by the authors the major fluoride - resistance gene was incorporated into good silkworm (Bombyx mori) races and made homogenous and stable. As a result, a few fluoride - resistant germplasms were obained, the 2 - 4th instar larvae of which showed resistance to fluoride at concentrations above 200 ppm and the good characters of the original races were successfully maintained or improved.
