摘　　要：结合科技成果转化的阶段性特征,提出构建科技成果转化的金融服务动态匹配机制,基于科技成果转化复杂多元的资本需求特征,构建支持科技成果转化的多层次金融服务体系。针对研究中发现的不同渠道创新资本排斥性较强的问题,系统论述科技金融服务体系的协同发展模式,以整合多种金融手段,优化创新资本配置,深化科技金融合作,促进中国科技资源与金融资本的有效对接。The dynamic matching mechanism was proposed to build financial services of scientific and technological a- chievements＇ transformation to meet complex capital demand. As to the exclusion of innovative capital from different chan- nels, technology collaborative development model of the financial services system integrated a variety of financial instru- ments, optimized innovation capital allocation, deepened financial cooperation and promoted the collaboration of China＇ s scientific and technological resources and the finance.
