房室结优先功能减少右室不良起搏的评价

摘　　要：目的评估心室自身优先功能(VIP)在减少不良右室起搏百分比中的作用。方法因病态窦房结综合征患者植入ST.Jude DC5816、5826型双腔起搏器63例,在关闭及开启VIP状态下各工作3个月,比较在两种状态下右室起搏百分比情况。结果在起搏器植入后6个月随访中证实,VIP开启状态下右室起搏百分比为(23.9±10.5%)明显低于VIP关闭状态下右室起搏百分比(67.5±9.2%),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 VIP功能有助于减少右室不良起搏百分比。Objective To investigate the effect of ventricular priority traction （VIP） in reducing the percentage of adverse right ventricular pacing. Methods In the off and open VIP status for three months, compared the percentage of right ventricular pacing in the two states in 63 patients with sick sinus syndrome implanted the ST. Jude DC5816 5826-type dual-chamber pacemaker. Results In the 6 months follow-up after pacemaker implantation, it is confirmed that the percentage of right ventricular pacing in VIP open state（ 23.9 ±10.5% ）was significantly lower than that in VIP off state（67.5 ~ 9.2%）, which was a statistically significant difference （p〈0.05）. Conclusions VIP helps to reduce the percentage of adverse right ventricnlar pacing.
