摘　　要：简要介绍了该导则的编制要点。该导则主要依据国家及地方民用建筑节能设计及绿色建筑相关标准编制,并根据浙江省的气候及建筑设计特点,通过风热环境模拟分析,强调自然通风,减少热岛效应,从节能、节材、节地和可再生能源利用等众多方面优化建筑设计相关内容。Briefly presents the key points of the standard. The standard is worked out mainly based on relevant national and local design standards for energy efficiency buildings and green buildings. It optimizes the relevant content of building design from energy, material and land saving, renewable energy source utilization, etc. by means of referring to characteristics of local climate and architectural design, simulating and analysing wind and thermal environment, improving natural ventilation and reducing the heat island effect.
