摘 要:从冰晶生长动力学的角度推导出冰层生长速率表达式,分析了壁面冰晶受到的粘附力和分离力,得出冰层剥离速率表达式,建立了壁面冰层厚度生长模型,最终提出冰堵不发生需要满足的条件———冰晶分离条件和冰层不持续增长条件,为预防冰浆生成器发生冰堵提供指导。The growth rate equation of the ice on the wall was obtained through the dynamic analysis of the growth of ice. The expressions of the rate of the ice peeling were based on the analysis of the adhesion and separation force of the ice slurry. Then the model was set which can predict the thickness of the ice slurry on the wall. At last the conditions of ice separation and not continuing grow which can prevent the ice from blocking the generator were got based on the comprehensive analysis of the above processo And that can be the guidance for production of the ice slurry.
