摘　　要：习近平总书记指出的"治国必治边,治边先稳藏"这一重要战略思想是对党在西藏工作的深入思考和全新发展,体现了马克思唯物主义辩证法,是党在西藏工作的再凝结与再认识,我们必须以中国梦凝聚西藏各族干部群众为实现"治边稳藏"战略思想而努力奋斗。Xi Jinping,the General Secretary of Chinese Communist Party Central Committee,points out that “the governance of China shall ,emphasize the administration of its frontier;the administration of Chinese frontier must first stabilize Tibet”. Such a significant strategic thinking is the deep consideration and brand new development to the Party＇s focus on Tibet,reflects materialistic dialectics of Marxism,and is also the further understanding of the Party＇s work in Tibet. We shall utilize “Chinese Dream” to unite cadres and people of different ethnic groups in Tibet to make arduous efforts for realizing the strategic thinking of “Governing Frontier,Stabilizing Tibet”.
