摘　　要：基于产业集聚和产业集群理论视角,结合演化经济学理论思路,从体育用品业和体育服务业的分类出发,分析中国体育产业集聚与集群演化的实际状况与典型案例,对体育产业集聚与集群演化提供实证支撑。以文献研究、比较分析和案例分析为主要研究方法,开展综合研究。结果表明:体育用品业和体育服务业的集聚进展与集群演化存在差异性;体育产业集群演化存在区域差异和城乡差别;以体育产业基地、体育圈等为外在形式的体育产业集群演化取得了很大进展,但面临诸多问题和挑战。根据上述情况和问题,提出了政策建议。Based on the industrial agglomeration and industrial cluster theory, combined with the idea of evolution-ary economics theory, the paper adopts the method of literature review, logical analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis to analyze the actual condition and classical cases of China＇s sports industry agglomeration and cluster evoluation to provide empirical support of sports industry duster evolution. The result shows that the sports indus- try and sports service industry agglomeration development and cluster evolution have differences. Sports industry cluster evolution has regional differences and urban and rural region differences. The sports industry duster evolu-tion with sports industry base and sports circle as the external form has made great progress, but faces many prob- lems and challenges. According to the above-mentioned situation and problem, the paper offers policy proposal.
