摘 要:为了提高大学生的身体自我效能感,促进其心理健康发展,运用文献法、实验法、心理测评法和统计法,从身体自我效能感的角度,揭示体育学习方式对不同技能水平大学生的影响,结论:1)学习方式具有主效应,自主学习方式要优于传统学习方式,并且两种体育学习方式之间存在显著性差异;2)运动技能水平具有主效应,中、高级班要优于初级班,并且都与初级班之间存在显著性差异;3)学习方式和技能水平之间具有交互作用,自主学习对具有一定技能基础的学生影响效果最好。在对实验结果进行分析与讨论的基础上,从体育教学心理学的角度,提出有效提高我国大学生身体自我效能感的对策与建议。In order to improve students' sense of self-efficacy and improve their mental health,by using documentation,experiment and psychological measurement method,the paper reveals the effects of students’physical learning style of students at different skill levels from the perspective of physical self-efficacy.Conclusion: 1) Physical learning style has major effect.Autonomous learning method is superior to the traditional study method,and the difference between two sports learning styles is significant;2) Sports skill level has major effect.The intermediate and advanced class is better than the basic class,and the difference is significant;3) With interaction between physical learning style and skill levels,autonomous learning has the best results to students with basic sport skills.On the basis of analysis and discussion on the experimental results,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to develop China's college students' sense of physical self-efficacy.
