摘  要:川东北元坝27井超深井在飞仙关组二段测试过程中发生管柱断脱,造成Ф99 mm酸压测试工具串卡在内径Ф119.4 mm套管内。根据该井高温、高压、含硫、超深井的特点,通过分析打捞难点,识别打捞风险,制定打捞措施,认真选择钻具及每只入井工具,综合应用多种打捞工艺,研制和改进打捞工具等一系列技术措施,顺利完成了元坝27井的打捞任务,是元坝地区第一口超深井测试管柱脱落后将全部落物打捞出来的井。Testing string at Yuanba27 ultra deep well in northeast Sichuan in the group of FeixianguanⅡperiod is broken off,to cause theФ99 mm acid fracturing test tool string stuck in diameterФ119.4 mm casing.According to the high temperature of this well,high pressure and containing sulfur,the characteristics of ultra deep well,through the analysis to salvage the difficulty,risk identification of salvage,salvage measures,carefully select drill tools and each into the well,integrated application of many kinds of fishing technology,the development and improvement of fishing tool and a series of technical measures,successfully completed Yuanba27 wells salvage task.Yuanba27 well is the first one of the super deep well testing string falls off will all fall well to the surface.
