摘  要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了植物内生真菌球毛壳ND35菌株在黄瓜品种"津研4号"根部的侵染定殖情况。菌丝主要从表皮细胞之间的缝隙侵入,在表皮细胞和外皮层细胞中定殖,可与植物建立共生关系。通过施用不同含量的球毛壳ND35菌肥,研究其对不同黄瓜品种生长和产量的影响。结果表明:0.2 g/株毛壳生物菌肥处理在显著增加黄瓜品种"津研4号"和"申绿06号"株高和叶面积的同时,提高了黄瓜产量,黄瓜单株产量分别比对照增加了43.2%和67.2%。Infection and colonization of endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum ND35 on the root of "Jinyan No.4" cucumber were observed by light microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Hyphae mainly infected root from gaps between epidermal cells and colonized in epidermal cells and outer cortical cells.It was capable of establishing symbiosis with plant.The effect of Chaetomium globosum ND35 on growth and yield of 4 cucumber varieties was investigated by applying different content of fungal biofertilizer.The result indicated that applying fungal biofertilizer at 0.2 g per plant was able to promote and increase significantly height growth and leaf area of "Jinyan No.4" and "Shenlü No.06" cucumber,and enhance their yield.Compared with the control plant,yield per plant cucumber increased by 43.2 % and 67.2%,respectively.
