摘　　要：本文全面总结了服务贸易外汇管理主要特点,系统梳理了当前服务贸易外汇管理存在的问题,并以便利外汇收支和有效监管为宗旨,从整合政策法规、明确收结汇管理、赋予政策弹性空间、完善非现场核查、减少行政审批、完善主体分类管理等方面,提出了推进服务贸易外汇管理改革的思路和具体措施。The article summarizes the main characteristics of foreign exchange management of service trade comprehensively, analyzes the problems existing in foreign exchange management of service trade systematically, and for the purpose of convenience of revenues and expenditures in foreign exchange and effective regulation, puts forward ideas and measures of promoting foreign exchange management reform of service trade on integrating policies and regulations, clearing settlement management, and giving policy flexibility, improving off-site verification, reducing administrative examination and approval, improving the subject classification management, etc.
