破解小面额残损人民币回收渠道梗阻的探讨——基于来宾市的调查分析

摘　　要：小面额残损人民币回收是提高人民币整洁度,维护人民币形象的重要手段和措施,对净化流通市场和维护国家货币的信誉具有重要意义。来宾市中心支行对来宾辖区小面额残损人民币回收渠道梗阻存在的问题进行了问卷调查,在问卷调查的基础上从法律、人民银行、银行业金融机构、企业出纳人员和居民等不同的视角分析了制约小面额残损人民币回收的因素,并提出相应的对策建议。Recycling the damaged small denomination RMB notes is an important mean to improve the cleanliness of notes issued, maintain the image of the RMB, purify the liquid markets and maintain the credibility of the currency. We conduct a survey on the problems existed in the recycling channel of damaged s Based on it we analyze the factors of restraining the progress of recycling the damaged mall denomination RMB notes. small denomination RMB notes and provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the perspective of law, People＇ s Bank of China, bank- ing institution, business cashiers and residents.
