摘　　要：房地产业是国民经济的重要组成部分,它的健康发展对整个国民经济起着先导与基础作用。本文以影响房地产开发投资因素为切入点,建立自回归分布滞后模型,实证检验了沈阳住宅开发投资与若干因素的相关关系。并根据实证结果提出了引导房地产业健康发展的相关对策。The real estate market is important port of the national economy, the healthy development of it has a basic role to the national economy. This paper sets about the factors of influencing the development of real estate investment, and builds a model to analyze the correlativity of Shenyang residence development investment and many factors, and puts forward correlative countermeasures according to the results.
