摘　　要：随着社会竞争的日益激烈,社团活动已成为大学生拓展素质的重要渠道。目前,大学生社团的评价过程存在"瓶颈",要解决这一问题,就必须根据大学生社团评价的原则,从社团的目标愿景、社会基础、素质拓展等方面设计大学生社团运行状况的评价指标,并使该指标生成一个由目标层、准则层和指标层三层构成的递阶层次体系,科学评价大学生社团,从而引导社团朝着积极、健康的方向发展。With the increasingly intense social competition, association activities have become an important channel to expand the qualities of undergraduates. order to solve this issue, it principle of the associations＂ index is generated into the evaluated scientifically so as At present, there are ＂bottlenecks＂ in the evaluation process of university student associations. In is essential to design the evaluation index of the operation status of the associations based on the evaluation from such aspects as a goal expectation, social foundation and skill development, etc. The hierarchical system of three layers made up of target, criterion and index; the associations are to be guided to develop towards a positive and healthy direction.
