摘 要:目的观察转苏云金杆菌CrylVD基因蓝藻实验室对淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊和中华按蚊不同龄期幼虫杀灭效果。方法利用不同浓度的工程藻,分别作用于淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊、中华按蚊敏感品系III龄幼虫,以及它们不同龄期的幼虫,并设计阴性及空白对照,分别于24H、48H计数死亡率,从而分析基因蓝藻的杀蚊幼毒效。结果工程藻对三种蚊种III龄幼虫均具有杀灭作用,对淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊幼虫杀灭效果较高,对中华按蚊幼虫效果较差。48H对以上三种蚊虫III龄幼虫的杀灭率分别为100%、100%和42%;工程藻对低龄幼虫的杀灭效果高于高龄幼虫,即龄期越低对工程藻的敏感性越高,杀蚊毒效与龄期呈负相关。结论转苏云金杆菌CrylVD基因蓝藻具有明显杀蚊幼效果,为今后蚊虫防治提供了新的方法。Objective To observe the larvicidal effect of cyanobacteria with CrylVD gene of Bacillus thuringiensis against Culex pipiens pallens,Aedes albopictus and A nopheles sinensis in different instars in laboratory. Methods Different concentrations of engineered eyanobacteria were applied on third instar larvae,and larvae in different ages of Cx.ipien allens,Ae.albopictus and An.sinensis. Negative control and blank control were designed.Then the mortality rate were observed 24 and 48 hours later for analysis of mosquitocidal toxicity. Results Transgenic cyanobacteria could klill the Ⅲ instar larvae of three mosquito species. Comparing to the killing effect on Anopheles sinensis,the larvicidal effect of eyanobacteria on Culex pipiens pollens and Aeries albopictus was higher. The killing effect on younger larvae was better than elderly larvae. In other word,larvae showed higher sensitivity at lower instar stage, mosquitocidal toxicity was negatively correlated to instars of mosquitoes. Conclusions Cyanobacteria with CrylVD gene of Bacillus thuringiensis has a significant larvicidal effect,it provides a new method for mosquito control in the future.
