海口环卫工人健康体检结果与健康相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解环卫工人的身体健康状况和健康相关因素,为相关部门制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法通过调查429名环卫工人健康体检资料,了解环卫工人的健康状况和健康相关因素,建立个人健康档案。结果在429名受检人员中仅42人所检项目完全正常,占受检总人数的9.79%,发现各类疾病和指标异常者387人,占受检总人数的90.21%。指标异常检出率随着年龄的增加而明显增加,由20～29岁年龄组的77.94%,上升至50～59岁年龄组的95.83%。男女性异常结果检出率分别为88.62%和93.24%,结论环卫工人健康状况不容乐观,应加强健康教育和行为干预,进一步改善他们的工作条件。Objective To understand the healthy status of the workers through Physical examinations,to provide a reference for take preperation for the healthy educations ,take precautions against disease and improve their working environment. Methods The health checkup data of 429 sanitation workers in ahaikou city were analyzed for understand the health conditions of them andd the risk factors related with the health of the danitary workers. Results only32, 7.46% of the total number have the normal items in the healthy examination;other 397 people,92.54% of the total,have been find to have abnormal record or different kinds of disease. Conclusions it is not optimistic for the health condition of sanitation workers,we should take any efforts or interfere behaviors to strengthen their health education, and improve the working envoirnment condition.
