摘　　要：涉案网络舆论的研究视角,是从网络热点案件的公共属性展开的讨论。涉案网络舆论是网络技术与社会政治、经济、文化等多种因素发生复杂的相互作用,从而对社会产生的影响。网民议论有着监督执法和公共参与初级阶段的性质。沟通引导,是以互动的方式、以增加信息量的方法说服网民,并把网民从情绪化引向理性。The research on network public opinion involved in cases is carried out from the perspective of discussing the public properties of the hot cases on the Net,and the network public opinion involved in cases will impact the society owing to the complicated interactions between the network technology and many socio-political,economic,or cultural factors.The property of netizens ＇ comments is the law enforcement supervision and public participation in the primary stage and communication guide may convince the netizens by interaction and increasing the amount of information and guide them from an emotional level to a rational stage.
