摘　　要：我国当前正处于城市化迅速发展时期,城市化也带来了严峻的社会治安问题。西方国家以犯罪预防的理论为基础,通过一系列的社会治安治理项目,有效地遏制了城市日益恶化的社会治安问题。我国城市政府可以借鉴西方国家的有益经验,结合我国治安管理的宝贵经验,通过"社会政策改善、社区合作治理、重点区域监管"等治安管理模式,将会有效地解决我国城市治安问题。China is in the period of rapid urbanization,which brings various severe community security problems.In the west countries,based on the theory of crime prevention,the deteriorating problems of the urban social security have been effectively curbed through a series of community safety administration.Thus,the government of China can draw lessons from the western countries,and combine them with our own experience of safety governance so as to effectively solve the urban safety problems in China by adopting the governance model of＂improving social policies,partnership with community,and supervising key areas＂.
