摘  要:中国石化股份公司某分公司主要加工含硫和高硫原油。应用加氢吸附脱硫(S-Zorb)和在线优化控制技术,采用脱硫后的催化汽油作主要调合组分生产清洁汽油。采用壳牌多变量优化控制器和品质预估控制器对组分和成品汽油在线优化控制及比例调合,总硫分析仪和傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪对其在线检测分析并实施在线卡边控制。结果表明,催化汽油经过S-Zorb脱硫,其硫质量分数可从149μg/g降到10μg/g。成品油的硫、烯烃、芳烃、苯等含量,研究法辛烷值、马达法辛烷值等质量指标均达到GB 17930—2011标准。催化汽油整体脱硫作为主调组分与重整汽油、抽余油、拔头油及添加剂调合,成品汽油硫质量分数低于15μg/g,达到GB 18351—2010标准,但生产成本较高。部分催化汽油未脱硫直接参与调合与前者相比生产成本相对较低,硫质量分数低于50μg/g,高于前者,但仍能达到GB 17930—2011标准。The hydrogenation adsorption desulfurization process (S-Zorb) and on-line optimum control technology have been applied by a company under SINOPEC to produce clean gasoline from high-sulfur crude oils. The main gasoline component is desulfurized FCC gasoline. The final gasoline was blended by on-line optimum control and proportional blending with Shell multi-variables optimization controller and robust quality estimator. The gaso- line blending components and final gasoline were tested and analyzed by sulfur mass fraction analyzer and Fourier transform near-infrared spectrometer. The results showed that the sulfur mass fraction in FCC gasoline was reduced from 149 ppm to 10 ppm after S-Zorb desulfurization. The sulfur, olefins, aromatics, benzene, RON of product gasoline have met the specifications of standard GB 17930-2011. When the desulfurized FCC gasoline was used as the main gasoline blending component to be blended with reformate, raffinate, topped oil and additives, the sulfur in product gasoline is lower than 15 ppm, meeting standard GB 18351-2010. But the operating cost is high. When part of FCC gasoline was directly blended into the gasoline without desulfurization, the sulfur in product gasoline was 50 ppm which was higher than the former 10 ppm but met the standard GB 17930-2011.
