中原经济区背景下河南新兴文化产业发展的机遇、挑战及对策

摘　　要：中原经济区建设一方面给河南新兴文化产业的发展提供了新的平台、助力、雄厚的物质基础、巨大的内需市场以及前所末有的技术空间和条件,使河南新兴文化产业发展具有后发优势;另一方面也使河南新兴文化产业面临着严峻挑战——优秀传统文化资源的利用、开发和创新,文化资源的共享与整合,传统文化与现代科技的融合,区域发展和城乡发展不平衡等。在机遇和挑战面前,河南新兴文化产业的发展必须加强文化与科技的融合,优化资源组合,打造品牌,培养和引进文化产业高素质人才,积极发展农村文化创意产业。The construction of the Central Plains Economic Area provides Henan emerging cultural industries with a new platform, abundant material foundation and the huge domestic market. On the other hand, Henan emerging cultural industries are faced with severe challenges like the development of excellent traditional culture resources, sharing and integration of cultural resources, integration of traditional culture and modern science and technology and the imbalance of regional development and the imbalance between urban and rural development. In＇ the face of opportunities and challenges, Henan emerging cultural industries must strengthen the integration Of culture and technology, build the brand, optimize the mix of resources, train and introduce the culture industry talents and actively develop the creative rural cultural industries.
