摘 要:选用小球藻、颤藻等藻类 ,采用悬浮藻和固定藻法两种工艺 ,对猪粪厌氧废液进行净化处理。试验结果为 :悬浮藻经过 1 5天室内静态处理 ,去除NH3 N93 9% ,TP 78 4% ,色度 5 1 4% ,悬浮藻对COD的表面去除作用不明显 ;固定藻处理为室外动态模式 ,共分三个阶段 ,在第二阶段 ,固定藻膜去除废液COD8 3% ,NH3 N 79 1 % ;第三阶段 ,去除废液COD 41 9% ,NH3 N 6 8 5 % ,TP85 4% ,色度 84 4%。对比两种工艺的试验结果可以看出 ,固定藻法对厌氧废液的净化效果明显好于悬浮藻法。在净化废液的同时 ,产生的混合藻体可作为绿色饲料添加剂 ,用于饲养各种经济动物 。A few of algae including Chlorella , Oscillatoria and etc were applied The anaerobic digested slurry from pig waste was treated through algae floating and algae fixing processes The result showed that via 15 days of static treatment, floating algae reduced NH 3 N by 93 9%, TP by 78 4%,and the color by 51 4%,while the surface removing effect on COD was not apparent The fixing algae process was dynamic outside and divided into three stages At the second stage, COD was removed by 8 3%,NH 3 N by 79 1% At the third stage, COD was removed by 41 9%,NH 3 N by 68 5%,TP by 85 4%,and the color by 84 4% Comparing two processes, it was indicated that the purification effect of fixing algae process on anaerobic digested slurry from pig waste was significantly better than that of floating algae Besides, during the purification, a large quantity of mixed algae could be produced,which could be used as the additive of green feed for breeding various economic animals,and increase the quality and quantity of animals
