摘  要:选用10种常用活性染料对棉织物进行染色,研究了其在可见光、紫外光条件下的光汗褪色情况,并探讨了抗紫外整理剂对活性染料耐光汗复合色牢度的提升作用。研究表明,可见光与紫外光均能引起染料在光汗复合条件下的降解,且紫外光较可见光更易引起染料在光汗复合条件下的降解;抗紫外整理剂整理过的染色织物耐光汗复合色牢度有不同程度的提升,且抗紫外整理剂分子结构线性愈长、对较低波段紫外光吸收作用愈强,其耐光汗复合色牢度提升作用愈明显。Cotton fabrics dyed by 10 reactive dyes were exposed to visible light and ultraviolet, the light-perspiration fastnesses of the fabrics were measured and the effects of anti-UV finishing agents on the fastnesses were studied. It was found that both of visible light and ultraviolet gave rise to degradation of dyes, and the effects of ultraviolet were more pronounced compared with that of visible light. Light-perspiration fastnesses of dyed fabrics that finished with Anti-UV finishing agents were improved more or less; and their effects were increased with lengthening of chain and with more intense absorption at short wavelength of UV.
