摘 要:采用新研制的混凝剂NS-128对染料溶液、工业染料废水、实际印染废水进行了COD去除率和脱色试验,探讨了投药量、温度、pH值等条件的影响。结果表明:NS-128对以上三类废水均有显著的COD去除和脱色效果,其中对印染废水的COD去除率和脱色率分别高达89.35%和94.36%,COD最低可降至30 mg/L,处理后出水的COD和色度均满足污水排放的一级标准。COD removal rate and decolorization of dye soluuon ,industrial dye wastewater and printing and dyeing wastewater were tested by a newly developed coagulant NS -128. The effects of dosage, temperature and pH were studied. The results showed that NS - 128 had significantly effect on COD removal and ation. Wherein, the removal rate of COD and deeolorization rate were was 89. 35% and 94. 36%, respectively. The lowest COD 30 mg/L. COD and ehroma of treated wastewater could meet Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard Grade I.
