进口和国产P92钢管理化性能对比研究

摘　　要：对进口和国产P92钢管的理化性能进行了检验和分析,结果表明:进口P92钢硫含量较低、铬含量较高和夹杂物含量较少;国产P92钢的常温力学性能和高温强度较高;进口和国产P92钢的显微组织为回火马氏体,均未发现铁素体,但国产P92钢的晶粒更细;在一定的范围内,可以通过铬镍当量和氮硼比对P92钢进行组织和力学性能的评价。通过比较P92钢的各项指标,为进出口P92钢的综合性能评价和检验监管提供数据支持和科学依据。The domestic and imported P92 steels have been inspected and analyzed. It shows that, the imported one has lower sulfur content, higher chromium content and less inclusion matters. The room temperature mechanical properties and high temperature properties of domestic P92 steel are better than those of the imported one. The microstructure of P92 steels were tempered martensitic, and no δ-F was found, and grains size of domestic P92 steel was finer. The ratio of chromium and nickel and relationship between boron and nitrogen could be used to evaluate the mechanical properties of P92 steels and microstructure, the data of domestic and imported P92 steels collected will benefit to the future inspection and supervision of imported steels.
