摘  要:口吃是流畅性障碍的典型代表,主要症状是言语重复、延长和阻塞(阻断);伴随症状包括逃避性行为和回避性行为。遗传生理因素和环境心理因素是口吃产生的主要原因。治疗师在口吃评估过程中应综合考虑多种因素,采用SSI-3等评估工具,对患者进行全面评估。This article introduces the definition and assessment of stuttering. Stuttering is a typical disorder of nonfluency.The symptoms of stuttering have core behaviors and accessory (secondary) behaviors. The core behaviors are classified as repetition, prolongation and block.The accessory (secondary) behaviors include escape behaviors and avoidance behaviors. Currently, the physiological and psychological factors are considered as the main causes of stuttering. The therapists should consider a variety of factors and conduct a comprehensive assessment for patients with stuttering. The SSI-3 can be used as the assessment instrument for stuttering.
