西方政党党内民主的特点与加强中国共产党党内民主建设的思考

摘　　要：西方政党党内民主发展经历了一个较长的发展时期,逐步建立了较为完备的民主选举制度、民主决策机制、权力监督制约机制以及较为完善的权利保障机制。中国共产党在进行党内民主建设的实践过程中,可以借鉴西方政党的党内民主建设中的有益经验,本文主要从三个方面对党内民主建设加以阐述:加强中国共产党的制度化建设,推进法律化与加强权力制约,竞争性民主与协商性民主相结合。The inner-party democracy of Western political parties has experienced a long period of development,and gradually established a relatively complete system of democratic elections,democratic decision-making mechanism,power supervision mechanisms,and more perfect rights guarantee mechanism.During the practice of democracybuilding process,Chinese Communist Party can draw useful experience summary from the democratic construction of Western political parties.This paper mainly elaborates the inner-party democracy construction from three aspects： strengthening institutional construction of the Chinese Communist Party,promoting legalization and strengthening the power constraints,combining constraction competitive democracy with deliberative democracy.
