摘　　要：目的调查三级甲等医院护理管理人员和护理硕士研究生自身对其思想道德素质和基本能力要求的认知,并比较二者的异同。方法采用便利抽样,对116名护理管理人员和81名护理硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果在思想道德素质方面,护理管理人员对思想道德素养要求的评分高于研究生自评(P<0.01),有临床工作经验的研究生在该项目上的评分高于无临床工作经验者(P<0.01);在基本能力要求方面,双方评分无差异(P>0.05),对临床护理能力和科研能力的评分最高。结论护理管理人员对研究生思想道德素养要求的评分高于研究生自身,但在基本能力要求上双方评分无差异。应重视护理硕士研究生的思想道德素质和能力培养,尤其是临床护理能力和科研能力。Objective To compare the self-rating and other-rating by nurse administrators on the requirements of morality quality and core competency of graduate nursing students.Methods A total of 116 nurse administrators and 81 nursing graduates were investigated with questionnaires.Results The nurse administrators rated higher score on the requirement of morality quality than the students themselves（P0.01）.The students with work experience rated higher score than those without work experience（P0.01）;while there was no significant difference on the scores of core competency between nurse administrators and students.They both rated higher scores on the ability of clinical nursing and nursing research.Conclusion Nurse administrators show higher requirement on the morality quality of graduate nursing students than the students themselves,while there is no difference on the requirement of core competency between them.It is suggested to strengthen the training of morality quality and core competency for graduate nursing students,especially ability of clinical nursing and nursing research.
