人性化护理对老年心肌梗死患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在老年心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法以人性化护理为分界点，将80例老年心肌梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用人性化护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组的治疗依从性、心绞痛效果、护理满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组护理后在躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能等生活质量方面的评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论人性化护理可大大改善患者的各项综合要求，提高生理和心理上的舒适度，改善生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing on elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group by humanistic nursing as a cutoff point, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given humanistic nursing, nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results Anxiety （SAS） score, depression （SDS） score after nursing in the observation group care were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Treatment compliance, angina pectoris, nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Life quality score such as physical func- tion, role function, emotional function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Humanistic nursing can greatly improve the comprehensive needs of the patients, improve the physiological and psychological com- fort, and improve the quality of life.
