颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤病人的临床护理研究与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤患者早期救治与护理经验，观察患者与家属的主动参与和积极功能锻炼效果的分析结果。方法将2005年3月-2012年9月我院共收治下颈椎骨折脱位伴颈髓损伤患者39例，通过对病人病情观察及脊髓恢复对照分析，积极抢救生命和防治并发症的发生；针对病人手术前后脊髓损伤恢复程度的变化，严格制定康复方案，减少病人的住院时间，减少患者创伤及经济费用。结果39例患者行手术治疗术后随访（9～42）个月，23例脊髓不完全损伤患者脊髓功能均获不同程度改善，但16例完全损伤者无任何改善。结论通过手术治疗及术前术后的生命体征监测，加强亲情护理，23例病人脊髓损伤程度有明显改善并重返工作岗位，16例脊髓完全损伤患者能正确树立人生观，最大限度的功能康复。Objective To explore treatment and nursing experience of patients with cervical spinal cord injury of the cervical spine fracture early, observe the analysis results. Methods A total of 39 cases of cervical spine fracture and dislocation with spinal cord injury patients were selected. Medical staff save lives positively and prevent from complications through the observation of illness state, make strictly rehabilitation plan to reduce the patients＇hospitalization days and reduce the trauma and cost. Results These 39 patients were followed for 9 to 42 months, among all the patients 23 cases＇spinal cord functions were improved with different levels , but 16 cases were not improved. Conclusions Through surgery treatment and vital sign monitoring before and after surgery, strengthening the family care, 23 cases are obviously improved and go to work again, 16 cases set up the Correct outlook on life and maximum limit function recovery.
