摘 要:目的探讨自我管理教育对低文化层次糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法对54例门诊低文化层次糖尿病患者实施自我管理教育,根据具体情况制定护理干预,并进行跟踪管理,6个月后进行效果评价。结果实施护理干预后患者体重指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实施护理干预后患者的依从性与干预前相比显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实施护理干预后患者的生活质量各维度得分有所提高,与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论自我管理教育可以提高低文化层次糖尿病患者自我管理能力,提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of self - management education on low cuhural level diabetic patients'life quali- ty. Methods Fifty four cases of low cultural level diabetic patients were treated with self - management education. Nursing intervention measures were made according to the specific situation and take follow - up management. The effect was evaluated after 6 months. Results The BMI, FBG, P 2 h BG, HbAlc, BP of patients were decreased after nursing intervention, the differences were significant ; the compliance of the patients, the life quality after nursing intervention were greatly improved. Conclusions Self- management education can improve the low cultural level diabetic patients self - management ability, the treatment effect and the life quality of patients.
