摘　　要：目的总结抗凝血药的作用优势和药学监护。方法查阅国内、外相关文献,并对相关资料进行收集和整理。结果在大量的临床研究中,抗凝血药显示了良好的效果,各种临床研究结果已被多项循证医学方法的系统研究所证实。结论抗凝血药用药风险和不良反应较大,药学监护和合理安全应用尤显重要。Objective To summarize the advantages of anticoagulant drugs and pharmaceutical cure. Methods The related literatures at home and abroad were extensively reviewed in order to collect and assort information. Results Large numbers of clinical studies showed that anticoagulant drugs had good efficacy. All the results of clinical studies have been confirmed in system research of evidence- based approach. Conclusion The pharmaceutical care and rational usage of anticoagulant drugs are especially important because of high drug- induced risks and adverse reactions.
