经颅磁刺激结合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)结合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法将52例奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各26例,均接受20次rTMS治疗。治疗开始和结束时予阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价疗效。结果两组在治疗后PANSS总分及阴性症状分变化存在显著性差异,研究组优于对照组;治疗过程中无严重不良反应。结论 rTMS结合奥氮平对精神分裂症的阴性症状具有改善作用,安全性高,不良反应小。Objective To investigate the efficacy of repetitive transeranial magnetic stimulation（rTMS） combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 52 schizophrenic patients treated with olanzapine were randomly assigned to the study group（ n =26） and the control group（ n = 26）. Each case in the study group received rTMS for 20 times. The efficacy was evaluated by using the Posi- tive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） at the treatment beginning and end. Results The changes of the PANSS total scores and the negative symptoms scores after treatment had significant differences, the study group was superior to the control group; there was no serious adverse reactions during the treatment process. Conclusion rTMS combined with olanzapine can improve the negative symptoms of schizophrenia with high safiy and mild adverse reaction.
